The humble goldfish has been the first introduction to fishkeeping for budding aquarists since ancient times. Today the common goldfish is no longer quite so humble with dozens of different varieties and colours, of which we have plenty in stock.
Are you a different kettle of fish?
In addition to goldfish, we also offer a wide range of other cold and temperate species which can make wonderful additions to an unheated aquarium.
We also cater for the outdoor enthusiast with a wide selection of koi and carp varieties as well as sturgeon, all of which start to arrive at our quarantine facility from early spring in preparation for the pond season starting in April.
In this way, all our outdoor fish are fully acclimatised to local foods and water conditions which helps ensure the best possible start with their new owners.
Naturally, we provide an extensive range of foods and equipment to help with the care of any of the fish we have in stock, including coldwater and pond species. This includes pumps, filters and décor as well as a wide range of pond building materials.
What kind of coldwater fish are you looking for?
There are many fish species which can live comfortably in medium-sized garden ponds, many of which you can find at our shop. We have various pond fish that are available at reasonable prices.
