Reef-to-Retail Seminar

Thursday evening saw more that 50 Customers turn out to hear Mark Flynn-Ryan from the Tropical Marine Centre speak about Marine keeping as a hobby, and the effect it has upon the worldwide trade in aquarium fish and invertebrates. As a knowledgeable and passionate advocate for the ethical and sustainable management of the trade in marine aquarium species, I am sure Mark gave us all much food-for-though as to how we enjoy our hobby.

We would also like to thank TMC for donating products from their V² range as prizes for the free raffle. Two lucky customers went away with a free V² 600 Calcium Reactor and a V² 400 Skimmer. You, our Customers, also deserve a word of thanks for supporting the event. Some traveled for more than a hour from Straban, Derry and Limavady. If this is the level of support that you, as Customers, are prepared to give, then we as a Retailer are certainly encouraged to sponsor other similar events in the future.
